SamToolkit doesn't run a support inbox, but the fastest way to reach the person who maintains it is opening an issue on the SamToolkit GitHub repository . That's the right place for:

• Reporting a bug or a tool giving an incorrect result
• Requesting a new tool, or a stack/template a generator is missing
• Flagging a broken link or a page that isn't loading

For anything about how data is handled on the site — analytics, the tools that talk to a server — check the Privacy Policy first; it answers most of that without needing to ask.
